خطا در اجراب اولیه برنامه

سلام استاد وقت به خیر

من پروژه رو همونطور که فرموده بودید ساختم اما الان این خطا رو میده ببخشید اصلا نمیدونم چرا اینطور میشه .

البته استاد تو مراحل نصب ویندوز من 7 هست یک قسمت رو نتونستم انجام بدم از مراحل آخری اضافه کردن path به enveinment variable که نشد path اخری رو اضافه کنم چون تو ویندوز 7 اصلا گزینه ای برای اضافه کردن چند path نداشت!!

شایدم من بلد نبودم!!!
