خطا در هنگام run

Flutter version 3.32.8 

 Android Studio (version 2025.1.2)

java version: 24

به تازگی روی سیستم با ویندوز جدید نصب کردم flutter doctor هیچ خطائی و issues ندارد روی web و windows اجرا می شود اما روی android emulator API 35 , 36 که run می گیرم خطای زیر را میدهد.
